Two ways to have Corned Beef & Cabbage for the Irish Holiday

ONE: Do it all yourself

For those into DYI or just love to cook, you can order a local humanely-raised brisket for you to brine (we recommend 7-10 days), then slow-cook yourself.

  • You can order raw brisket by the pound (you don’t need to buy more than you need)
  • $12/lb
  • A whole brisket usually weights between 8-12 lbs

Order today for pickup March 10 & 11

TWO: We brine, you cook

Brining for two weeks is a bit of commitment of space & time, so why not have us do the brining for you? Once you pick it up all you need to do is slow-cook yourself.

  • Less time & space commitment
  • You can order a brined brisket by the pound (you don’t need to buy more than you need)
  • $14/lb
  • A whole brisket usually weights between 8-12 lbs
