We are big fans of meat and we like to play with our food. Our shop is based on whole animal butchery and we use all parts from nose to tail. So ya’ll should learn to eat some of this stuff. You might love it!
Derek comes from the lovely town of Aliquippa, PA. He is the butcher and charcuterie maker, or he is in the Russian Mafia—we haven’t quite figured it out yet. He has worked in kitchens since 1990 and now enjoys his soft hands from all the pig fat he handles. He dreams of the day he meets his first sasquatch.

Virginia native with his roots in the ground and his mind in the stars. Andrew has worked in vineyards, wineries, restaurants, and kitchens since he was old enough to be employed. Beyond his love of everything in a glass bottle, he enjoys playing in the dirt and will likely call you “Sir” (regardless of gender, age, or formality).
Native of Hawaii, Maurice was shot dead in the early 1970’s. Once a WILD boar, she has now relocated to Virginia, settling down to a more sedentary lifestyle. Proud of our work to bring humanely raised meats to hungry humans, she volunteers by posting to our Facebook Group, smiling at children, and dressing up for important holidays.
